These terms apply to your use of the Atlas Development website. The website introduces our design, planning, construction, renovation and property maintenance services and our direction in property development. By using it, you agree to these website terms to the extent permitted by South African law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

Website content is general information. It is not a quotation, an offer to sell property, a professional appointment or site-specific architectural, engineering, legal or financial advice. An enquiry does not appoint Atlas Development or reserve a start date. The scope, fees, programme, payment terms, variations, warranties and responsibilities for a project must be agreed separately in writing. That project agreement governs the work; these website terms do not replace or change it.

Drawings, visualisations and generated illustrative images may show concepts rather than completed work. Illustrative process images are not records of a particular Atlas project. Dimensions, finishes, materials, costs and schedules must be confirmed for the specific site. Do not use website images or drawings as construction instructions. Required registered-professional appointments, statutory approvals and submission responsibilities must be established for each project before the relevant work proceeds.

We aim to keep the website useful and accurate, but content may become outdated or contain errors. Please confirm any information you intend to rely on directly with Atlas Development. Availability of services depends on the project location, scope, resources and the agreed programme. Access to the website may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our reasonable control.

You may view the website and share links for lawful personal or business enquiries. Atlas branding and original material, and material licensed from third parties, remain the property of their respective rights holders. Unless permitted by law or by the applicable rights holder, you may not reproduce, republish, sell or alter that material. Do not interfere with the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or use it to mislead others.

Provide information that is accurate and that you have authority to share, including any plans, photographs or third-party documents. Send only information needed for your enquiry. Please do not send identity documents, banking details or other sensitive records unless we have agreed an appropriate channel. A preview or demonstration form may state that no message has been sent; in that case, use the published email or telephone details to contact us.

Personal information shared with Atlas Development is subject to applicable South African data protection law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013. Contact us using the details below for questions about the handling of your information or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. These website terms do not give blanket consent to marketing or unrestricted use of personal information. External services, such as maps and linked websites, have their own privacy practices.

Links to external websites, reviews, maps or other services are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content, availability and terms. A link does not imply that Atlas Development owns or guarantees that service. Check the relevant terms before providing information or entering a transaction on an external website.

Please take reasonable care when using online information and confirm project-specific matters before acting on them. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies. These terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that South African law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these website terms as the site or our services change. The revision date identifies the current version. Updates apply to future website use and do not retrospectively amend a signed project agreement or remove rights that have already arisen.

South African law applies to these website terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you. Please contact Atlas Development first so that we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing here prevents you from approaching a competent court, regulator, ombud or other dispute-resolution body available to you under applicable law.
